debiandoc-sgml software package provides DebianDoc SGML DTD and formatting tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debiandoc-sgml
debiandoc-sgml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debiandoc-sgml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debiandoc-sgml *
You will get with debiandoc-sgml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
